For twenty-four years I have been a Vocational Consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, with extensive experience in working with minorities, deaf, emotionally disturbed, industrially injured, as well as providing expert witness testimony at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, the Social Security Administration, and in personal injury cases.

I also offer Spanish language counseling services.

We are able to offer LeBoeuf evaluations for Workers' Compensation Claims. I have performed LeBoeuf evaluations since 1985.

Vocational Assessment for January 1, 2004 cases will be provided to injured workers in order to allow them to make the best decision regarding the voucher. Diaz & Company will charge a flat hourly fee to injured workers in need of consultation in use of the voucher.

Job Analysis placed upon a DVD format are available in regards to individuals usual and customary occupations as well as modified or alternative employment in regards to Workers' Compensation claims, Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) claims, as well as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims.

Since 1985, I have been a Vocational Expert at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). I have been certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor for the Department of Labor.

Since 1993, I have fully documented through video tape, DVD presentation, 35 mm photography, digital photography, as well as in narrative reports (Job Analysis) for jobs occurring within the Correctional System for the County of Santa Clara.
